Japanese Grosbeak

I just looked up to see a Hawfinch (Shimeシメ) when I heard its calls, there were 3 Japanese Grosbeaks (Ikaruイカル) having a munch with the Hawfinch. It was the first time to see them in Chiba-shi for me so it was a pleasant surprise!

They were high up in the tree so all the pictures were of their bellies but this one.

I couldn't go back to check if they still stayed in the same area because the following day after I saw them was a record-breaking snowy day.
5 days later when I went back to the park there was no sign of them.
Wonder where they've gone...
